Im following this diet, with a couple modifications that fit me, but avoiding most white carbs like sugar and flour. Its similar to how I lost a ton of weight the first time at DeSisto. Im trying to eat more meat, but I don’t really like it. Veggies and legumes on the other hand, I can eat tons of. Thankfully I am drinking lots of whey and soy protein shakes and eating tofu also 🙂
Also, I am exercising, working up to an hour a day right now.
